This course is run at our Training Centre in Montrose, which has been furnished with all tools and equipment required to disassemble, assemble and pre-charge subsea and surface BOP Accumulator bottles.

- Disassembly, Assembly & Pre-charging of Accumulators
Outcome
On this course, candidates will:
Take part in practical exercises using subsea and surface BOP control accumulators
Learn about the mechanics of pressured accumulators – covering internal components, fittings, tooling, fluids and gases
Take part in theoretical training on the safe appreciation for all aspects of these critical devices.

Recommendation is every 3 years to remain up to date with current legislation.
The course consists of both practical and theory based elements, an assessment will take place at the end of the training where an overall pass rate of 80% is required, after successful course completion students will receive a Mesh Global certificate of attendance.
